For private customers

Exchange / Refund

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will find all the information you need here.

  1. Fill out the return form and let us know if you want an exchange or refund. Please also mark the reason for which you are returning the items.

  2. Use a bubble envelope or a cardboard box for the return, so that the goods arrive undamaged, enclose the completed returns slip. If you do not include a return receipt, your return may take longer to process (we will try to contact you to find out why you returned the item(s)).
  3. Please stamp your package sufficiently and then send it to the address mentioned on the return shipping label. Freight collect packages cannot be accepted. Keep the tracking number of your package so that in case of a missing package a claim can be made to the shipping company.
  4. Attention: Goods with damaged seal are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons. Exception: there is a defect in the article.

The processing of your return is usually quite fast. Approximately 3 days after receiving your return, we will credit the amount to your customer account. It is important that you fill out the return cover letter and tell us whether you want an exchange or a refund.

Defective goods / Wrong delivery

If one of your freshly purchased items was defective, or even incorrectly shipped, you will find everything you need here:

  2. Please clean your item, because we need to touch it here to assess the damage. If the item is dirty, we unfortunately cannot evaluate it and will send it back to you.
  3. Use a bubble envelope or a cardboard box for the return so that the goods arrive undamaged. Frank your package with the return slip you received.

Please also note that the processing time of defective items in some cases take a few days, because we check defective goods very carefully to exclude possible production deficiencies.
