Of course the Titan Highline® Basic Micro Labret is available as substitute without ball. So you can choose those balls and attachments from our huge assortment, that fit your style! The Basic Micro Labrets are available in a strength of 1.2 mm and in lengths of 5.0 – 10.0 mm (in steps of one) and in 12.0 mm.

The Titan Highline® microlabret with a rod thickness of 1.2 mm is available in lengths from 5.0 to 12.0 mm. The matching ball has a diameter of 3.0 mm. The lower part of the jewelry is flattened. The upper end is closed with a threaded ball. The thread of the pin has an external thread, so the ball can be easily screwed onto the external thread. By the way, all threads in our jewelry collections are standardized, so you can combine the rings, balls, rods and attachments with each other!
